Colouration: Crème-Gold
Origin: South Island, New Zealand

Hinuera Stone

Medium hardness: a volcanic ignimbrite closely resembling sandstone in texture. Containing 95% silica with random light brown veining.
Colouration: Buff - Grey
Origin: Central North Island, NZ

Turkish Limestone

A hard fine grained limestone especially suited to contemporary designs.
Colouration: Cream with little obvious veining.

A fine grained medium hard limestone.

Bluestone

A hard wearing igneous material suited for hearths and reveal/opening slips, recommended for wood burning fires where marking of the hearth is not desirable.
Colouration: Dark grey - Anthracite
